yeah I do agree with Nishi. Added to that a sixth grader is at an age in which he wants to start experiencing adult habits. Moreover, the media also has its share in glorfiying the habit in movies.

Just like drugs and alcohol, the proliferation of the cigarette trade is what makes it easy for people to be users. Accessibility is simply too wide.

I say hike the so-called ’sin taxes’ so supply becomes a little scarce.
